Electrical safety · EICR
A clearer picture of your electrical safety.
Electrical Installation Condition Reports for homes, landlords and businesses. Understand the condition of your fixed wiring and what needs attention.

What an EICR covers
Beyond the sockets you can see.
An EICR involves inspection and testing of the permanent electrical installation. It considers the condition of circuits, wiring and earthing, within the agreed extent of the inspection.
The report records findings and classifies any issues, helping you understand the work or further investigation that may be needed.
